A world we don't fit in. At Crazee, all of us share the same story; we are a group of neurodivergents lucky enough to be in business and social enough to be aware of our capabilities. Our life is like a rollercoaster, with sharp ups and steep downs in our financial, business, and social lives, so we wanted to solve it.

Inspired by successes We found out what we do best, and we came together with two missions to solve the double-edged sword of neurodivergents and business needs:

Mission A: Help 1.5 billion ND'S (neurodivergents) feel useful and not behind their potential by creating a world in which they actually belong, without stigma. Emphasis is placed on employing the full computing power of a ND brain, in the way they process information, not in the way companies usually expect problems to be solved.

Mission B: Help businesses and governments through hyperfocus idea creation delivering ideas to boost, improve and resolve their challenges.

How?: At Crazee we have a unique working process designed to extract our full brain power simultaneously, and at scale, so that our customers can receive a wide range of proposals in a shorter timeframe, giving you the freedom to choose which solution is feasible in terms of legal, financial, or regulatory requirements

Neurodiversity as a competitive advantage

A growing number of prominent companies have reformed their HR processes in order to access neurodiverse talent. Among them are SAP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Microsoft, Willis Towers Watson, Ford and EY. Many others, including Caterpillar, Dell Technologies, Deloitte, IBM, JPMorgan Chase and UBS, have start-up or exploratory efforts underway.
